That’s exactly it. The assumption was he’s a dual contract but people are spouting that he’s left NJPW.
Trying to get the right info here as, is often the case in the wrestling world, finding the truth is a little murky.
I am of the belief he’s dual contracted, just looking for clarity tbh

EVE’s owner’s defence ultimately boiling down to “I think it’s fine to risk the reputation of an all women’s company to stick up for a guy with allegations he never denied” is a choice but it’s the one they’ve made.

Totally agree that Paul shouldn’t be anywhere near any of this nor should Ospreay be posting pics with him/supporting him in anyway shape or form.
While Ospreay is clearly the backstage face, the actual owners of EVE should being pressured to take action to fix this asap, not just him.

Very revealing how the wrestling "media" breathlessly covered Jade & Rhea's social media posts with backstage "scoops" but none knew AEW was about to launch a global streaming service, which would've been an actual scoop.
Really dumb question but as somebody who rarely watches live (time zones), could you confirm if last weeks dynamite is up/if this weeks dynamite goes up on Thursday?

Stat and Charlie had a genuinely great match but I can’t understand people clamouring for Charlie to get picked up when she had limited offence, but the same corner kick 4 times, hit a few destroyers and went home. This was a great watch but it would be below the standard of current AEW ppv matches and got more time than most of the girls get on ppv as is. Not to say she can’t get better/prove me wrong, but it’s one match. Give it time??

I’d argue that 6/8 matches featured both combatants having history in NJPW, the strong titles were pushed down the card and the main focus was on KOB/Yuta as well as the former IWGP champ cs the tv champ.

Match was about 70% Statlander with Charlie hitting mostly the same style strikes. Far too soon to tell but she has less rust than expected at the very least.
I think this years New Beginning USA sent a very clear message that NJPW is bringing NJPW overseas moving forward.
I’ve travelled to both the UK and Japan to see NJPW and the recent US show was far more authentic than any other international shows they’ve done in years 🤷♂️

Being able to watch Pro Wrestling Eve’s Wrestlequeendom, AEW’s Collision AND have a Chinese all before midnight is the kind of Sunday you just dream of at this point in life.
Honestly so many of the other promotions will run big shows but EVE is on to something monumental here and I feel like it’s a can’t miss.
