Thank you! I've found it very helpful when doing more complex scenes, and it helps me to mitigate some mild color vision deficiencies, vs direct mixing. What book? I'd be super interested in it as the glazing I do I threw together based on what worked for my eyes and technique.

End of the second glazing session. A lot of local color was added especially to #DK and Diddy, and the introduction of the warm light from the oil drum fire is starting to make this painting feel more alive. I'm excited to see where it goes!

This was my first memorial portrait of a person. Someone taken far too soon. There is a lot more weight behind getting it right, to honor him, and to capture him the way others remember.
