Genuinely really like this site, esp compared to the alternative, but I really dislike how the staff interacts with a lot of the userbase very cynically. I get that some people can be very rude but when you're being sarcastic to genuine concerns it's pretty bad PR

People, trans or not, should have easy access to HRT. We should be able to customize our bodies to our liking, no matter the circumstance. Of course be mindful of health stuff, but overall there shouldn't be such a high bar for entry.
