Workers and families across Massachusetts and the country were promised lower prices on Day 1.
Over 400 days later, prices are up and the job market is shrinking.

Republicans have ignored the red flags of Trump’s limping economy for months.
Now, the American people are paying the price of a shrinking job market spurred by Trump’s illegal tariff scheme.
Tonight, I voted to pass the War Powers Resolution and force the President to make his case in plain view of the American people.
Unfortunately, congressional Republicans continued to demonstrate their subservience to the President, rubber-stamping a war the American people do not want.
This is long overdue.
However, this doesn't change the fact that DHS needs serious reforms, & impartial investigations into the killings of two American citizens need to be conducted.
We must defend the rule of law & the basic civil liberties that define our democracy.

Just hours after the Supreme Court rejected unlawful tariffs that hit working families with higher prices, Trump unveiled a new 10% tariff.
He will stop at nothing to raise costs on the American people.
Trump's illegal tariffs cost Americans $1,000 in 2025.
Democrats fought to put an end to these tariffs. We won't stop fighting to return what was wrongfully taken from the American people.
