There's a plethora of Kikaider stuff out there; a manga/tokusatsu series from the 70s, tv anime and a sort of re-imagining manga from the 2000s, and a pretty solid reboot film from 2014.

Anybody on here familiar with a series called Android Kikaider? Been digging deeper into tokusatsu stuff, and stumbled upon it.

Read through all of the manga in a few days and was shocked by how good it was.

are any of the novels good? been a fan of Naruto for years but just have never checked them out. i know a fair amount of them got Eng translations 🤔

i actually did know that! admittedly kinda want to read the novel bc while the anime doesn't look too good, the actual story could be neat.

hey man sorry my silly thoughts upset you, im not trying to diss boruto. i watched a bit when it was airing. but as far as the time ive been online, i have really not seen much boruto talk. not saying its "insignificant"

looking at Boruto now, it kinda feels the same as looking at those dollar store DVDs that vaguely resemble other movies. it feels... strange seeing how the sequel to NARUTO, just... kinda happened.

randomly decided to look at the Boruto anime and saw it now has nearly 300 fucking episodes. and yet. i've heard nothing about anything that happens beyond "how cool Boruto looks"
