They obviously might, but I believe that info is there because when booking, you ultimately 'talk' to the same reservation system as used by their regular site. So it serves an internal purpose at least to have the exact train listed.
Of course, just looking at the prices on their site would give you a good indication as well. The 07:56 and 17:56 departures must have the lightest loads.

Essentially, they make you pick one of two VERY broad time blocks - up to 7 hours. But surely, they'll put you on whatever train has the most empty seats and set the fare based on the number of unsold seats? And yes, it turns out that their API shows the exact train already π (2/2)
I've been looking into Eurostar's 'Snap' site that lets you book last minute train tickets at a somewhat decent discount. As it goes with these kind of schemes, you have to be very flexible. But not quite as flexible as they make you believe. (1/2)

Somewhat unsurprisingly, there are big price differences between Train + Flight itineraries and that same route without the first and last legs. This, for example, is Cologne-Kinshasa vs Brussels-Kinshasa. (But 5h14 between plane and train? Ouch)
I know, from experience, what you mean π But really, any 'attempt' is welcome at BRU. Also, if Brussels Airlines is selling tickets for Cologne-BRU-XXX, at least they 'believe' it's going to be somewhat OK? π€

Gotta (somehow) love these 'pie in the sky' airline startups. Like AIRIDEA, from Italy but operated by Dutch AIS. They plan flights from Genoa to 11 destinations, 3 of which don't have any scheduled operations yet. With 19-seaters, a 65% load and somehow profitability within the year. #AvGeek

That sounds like a great one! I flew GVA-FCO-YYZ-CDG-VCE in good old Alitalia times. A bit of a detour but a steal at 240 euro. And back in 2019, Condor sold me a one way Frankfurt to Whitehorse for just 99 euro. I actually don't think that was a mistake as it was the last flight of the season.
