I’ve found that half and half keeps WAY longer than milk - easily a full week for me if I stick it at the back of the fridge - and doesn’t trip my MCAS nearly as soon as milk, which I can’t safely drink if it’s been in the fridge longer than a few days. And it works very nicely in tea.
It is the WORST.
