In the show, while i was young I could not stand Shini. Now I could barely stand the movies because it felt so fucking cruel to the point of satire. 3.33 was the best of the 3 movies, but it's ending is just so fucked

Over the course of the last 2 days I've watched the first 3 evangelion rebuild movies. I finished 3.33 an hour ago.

Almost a 8 years ago, when I was 14, I watched the original series and end of evangelion movie which I didn't care for at all.

Im now 22, I did not enjoy watching these movies.
