Bernard from the Rescuers and Basil from the Great Mouse Detective are both tied to chairs while their feet are tickled by two different raccoons. Basil, in particular, is being tickled by a tickle machine that appears to be made out of a tea kettle.

I almost never see Bernard or Basil tickled, so I teamed up with my buddy Chaos to right that wrong. This was actually a collab, with me doing the pencils and colors, and Chaos doing the inks and shading.
