my neighbors always like to honk or yell at them to move. always makes people cranky. 90% of the time if i ask someone nicely to move so i can get in/out or to please not feed pigeons in front of my place, they just do it.
I don't actually have a problem with Lurie engaging with street folks, but he should get some training on how to do it rather then Leroy Jenkins it like he's been doing. One thing I've learned living on 6th st is to treat people like humans when engaging.
