in my experience the audio delay on obs is not significant, at least nothing you can't fix, even with a cheaper capture card

I don't think the visual delay is salvageable though, so you'd need an hdmi splitter if it's not built into the capture card

i limit my sodium and water intake for a lean test and my altered brain chemistry immediately craves will wood songs lol
