B tier, higher than Hot water: I personally prefer it better than some other water variations, though it's difficult to legitimately put it higher than two history changing water states
A tier - it gives an even better drinking experience but since it's specifically 4c it's hard to keep the temperature compared to the throwing some ices and 0c way
Speaking of which Seawater is on the tier B imo, it's naturally seasoned well. I'll send you some if you want
F - Atmospheric water aka humidity: Unfortunately we're neither fungi nor amphibians

B - Hot water: Great but sometimes just too hot
C - Warm water: Good for bath/shower
