The second best option is YouTube+ (or whatever it’s called now) but all games will not be available in all local markets so it may or not may work for you.
The tournament will be split, depending on the round and whether it’s a men’s or women’s game, between CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV. There may be some additional restrictions for individual games and local markets but your best bet is Hulu + with Live TV, which you can get through Disney+.

I think it’s definitely doable by knowing who you’re making the thing you’re building better for. Not making it better for everybody in the space opens up a lot of possibilities for having a nice, profitable and sustainable operation. Not easy but can be done (been there, done that, etc.)
