For fingerspelling there'd be obvious differences, but otherwise differences in BSL "dialects" are region-based (e.g. how I sign numbers past 5 is different to how somebody I know from Bristol signs them, etc). Wales technically is one "dialect", but the concept is fuzzy in terms of borders
