Sadly, I deeply understand this message. I don't want to save money anymore, I just spend it. These definitely are very troubled times. Why can't we wake up to news- like all of them croaked.
Mindful living builds the ability to regulate big emotions. You feel your body sensations heighten & you feel as if you're about ready to explode- but BEFORE YOU yell, hit or act out in any way,- You breathe, pause & I'm THINK. Choose to react calmly, walk, listen 2 music. Angry actions fix nothing.
Mindfully imagine the entry to your brain. Which things attract or interest you? Serene places, colors, flowers & spaces where I can imagine relaxing & creating art are things that I'm drawn to; so the entry to my brain will look like those things. Mindful exercise: take 5 minutes to create yours
Absolutely the worst evil this country has EVER known, quite possibly the worst in the world. And he endangers us every second of each day. No time like right now to enjoy the people and things we love to the fullest. It's all more fragile now than ever. Be well. Enjoy your days and nights

Mindfulness is a practice that helps no matter what your perceptions are. The things we tell ourselves are not always true. We are our own worst tormentors. Looking at an abstract work is all about perception. Change your thoughts, calm your mind, make yourself comfortable.

Mindful symbols;pink poppies in literature symbolize kindness, sympathy, platonic love, and dreamy imagination. Unlike the fiery, war-focused red poppy, pink variations represent softer emotions, peace, and spiritual connection. They also appear in contexts of luxury, beauty, the soothing & sleep.
Nothing eliminates fretting like practicing mindfulness. Staying in the moment; feeling your hand on your phone reading these words & looking at an image is focusing outward, let go of your mind's thoughts & focus elsewhere. This is a key practice of mindfulness. No outcome is changed by obsession.

Teach mindfulness to children. Help them understand how focus&breathing deeply then slowly exhaling can help them manage strong emotions. All feelings, which are internal, are completely normal. However, without proper coping strategies, the outward behavior may be unacceptable; so kids need tools.

Mindfulness means keeping your focus on YOUR very present moment. Example. You're holding your phone I am typing these words. You are reading them. Be right here, right now. Focus on the very present moment. Don't think about yesterday or later. Continue this through your day, mind will heal body

And then nothing happened when he mocked the disabled, THEN they all turned a blind eye on Jan 6th, I knew we were screwed. I hate being right. When is their expiration date
