Uncapping the House would lessen the need for special interest money, make districts smaller and harder to gerrymander, and make representatives more accountable to a smaller group of Americans and therefore the performative antics would have a real consequence in a representatives home community.
First and foremost this dysfunction rests in Congress, and specifically the House of Representatives. The House is beset by special interests, gerrymandered districts, and performative showmanship.
Representation launched the American Revolution, and Representation is the core of what makes America great-and the places where we are lacking in Representation is where our system has become dysfunctional.
