Adjusting My Wake-Up Schedule
I've realized that I'm more motivated in the mornings, but recently, I've fallen into an inconsistent routine. I'm actively working to find a better balance.
This shift is evident in my @cadencedotday.
I woke up at 5:15 AM completely naturally.
Consistency. Intention.
Second week logging my time with @cadencedotday. I noticed I had a media problem in the morning. Now I wake up earlier and do my cleaning first thing first

But there was one bright spot. I finally stuck to my exercise plan. Not perfectly—I missed going to the gym, but I pushed through and generated a lot of WATTS.
I feel alive.

Are there any mobile app developers here?
Today, I heard that in Denmark, they prefer to build on American tech giants rather than French ones, just because they are French. How foolish is that mentality when we are being undermined by our so-called allies? It's outrageous. We should build on Mistral and not OpenAI.
People do not understand that GenAI is actually just a probabilistic model. It is not creative by essence.
The tech to make buildings more "alive" exists.
We just need to reimagine how we use it.

I've written about this gap between biological systems and our buildings. It's part philosophy, part tech exploration, and mostly a fresh view to what buildings could become.
Studying machine learning made me think differently about buildings. Our bodies adapt instinctively - shivering when cold, responding to danger.
But buildings?
They're stuck with disconnected systems: heating runs while windows are open, empty rooms stay lit, and energy gets wasted.
I never thought I'd write about Heidegger, biomimicry, and neural networks in the same story.
