More usable daylight periods. Works well if you are farming or feeding livestock, or outdoor work like landscaping or exterior construction, or outdoor sports. Advantage for me is that when I do evening horse feeding, I'm 80% less likely to hit deer during delayed twilight. YMMV if you're in a city!

Thanks. I just heard about some efforts to learn to be more effective with others. Since I'm going to be inevitably in contact with some of them, including the ones that vandalized my car when I attended a picnic to discuss an issue they didn't want us disagreeing with, the skill might help.
