Is it weird wanting to be friends with older people than people my age? I mean, sure, I’ve got some good friends my age. But it’s just different, dare I say I want it better having older ppl as friends, or is it weird?
went to my fencing class after a loooong break and guess what? i lost all my bouts. 😔 i feel like getting back to zero. well, i’ve never won a bout since july last year so there’s that, but now i just feel like i’ve lost everything i’ve learnt.
I’m no expert, and I don’t think I can recall all the details from my readings in Philippine history class, but I believe there was a decree that required all Filipinos to adopt Spanish surnames for tax and population survey purposes. And yes slavery was present too during the Spanish colonial era.
Found my remedy to this. To build consistency, one must master the art of discipline. You can’t always be motivated and passionate, thus build a routine, until things become mundane and unextraordinary; until the things that you do become a part of you.

SOME women, who fancy themselves feminists, think so highly about themselves as if they’re incapable of making mistakes and men should ALWAYS be below them. Where’s the empowerment and equality in that? Tho men truly are detestable, but I don’t get why some patronize themselves bcoz they’re females.
thank you for this, i agree with everything you’ve just said. truth is I just wanna be good at something, but before I even mount to get better at it, I’d always lose the vigor to continue which is utterly frustrating.
