I only really played Gold as a kid, but I agree. It isn't the best quest but people make it sound like a hopeless minotaur labyrinth and it really isn't that bad.

Brand Shield is bad because "Brand Management" will run antithetical to FFI's stated values.
License is confusing and imposes only restrictions. Also gives the rights to creations to FFI, whether they choose to exercise that right or not.

The license is nonsense and Brand Shield is to keep you from infringing on Trench Crusade's rights, it doesn't Shield them from GW.
I have reviewed the Trench Crusade license stuff and can only comment that you should be careful when you hire a lawyer, because they might not understand your project.
