Being in Arizona when everyone else "springs forward".
The Bad:
Remembering you work on Eastern time and you have to be up at 4 AM instead of 5 AM tomorrow. 🤣
We're not sports people but this year to distract us from otherwise chaotic events we're embracing baseball (the only sport we understand) and have decided to support the Los Angeles Dodgers!
Well, we've decided to not go to Palm Springs this weekend afterall. We were going to be there for 2 weeks but have decided to stay put in Mesa, AZ instead. Sad to miss California but still happy to be in Mesa!

Some travel days just SUCK and everything goes wrong. And one thing we've learned in our 6 months of full-time RV living is that those are the days EVERYONE from the RV park will come out to watch/participate. 😂
After a very short and very frustrating move day we've made it to our new annual site here in Mesa!

Are we the only ones with a Natulus system doing this? We got tired of swapping the water hose between the city water inlet and the black tank flush inlet so we got a water splitter at Home Depot. This thing works great! Just turn the dial! The short pieces came from those water filters.
Our newest addition requires a bit of babysitting but hopefully puts an end to bags of ice from sketchy gas stations! 🧊
Hello from Houston! We're back in our home city for a couple of months to do doctors and vets and a little work travel. For those that don't know we traded the Airstream Classic for a Brinkley 3515 which has MUCH more space for activities!

There are 2 commercial airports in the Phoenix metro, at least 3 smaller but VERY busy airports (LOTS of future airline pilots in training here), and an Air Force base. The airspace here is PACKED. And we’re watching it all and remembering the air traffic controllers aren’t getting paid. 😡

Full-time RV living has us doing 2000 more steps a day than when we worked from home in a house! Nicer weather helps to get those steps in, too!
Good morning! We work east coast hours even here in Palm Springs... which means we're up at 4:30 AM on weekdays. But this means we're done around 2 PM! Here's a shot of the moon in the palm trees from our Airstream window this morning. 🌕🌴
