This might go without saying, but bUSD is also not a security. I don't see any good reason why it should trade at more than $1, so there isn't a reasonable expectation of profit here

And of course, it's not legal tender since I have no affiliation with any US Governmental agency

Some disclaimers: bUSD is technically not a stablecoin since there are no redemptions and I haven't built anything to ensure a $1 peg. But frankly, it's better than a stablecoin since the value is locked up for eternity. No need to worry about bank runs or treasury defaults!
