"We will be the long-term custodian and again 100% owner of Black Mountain," Erik Mogensen wrote. "I am grateful that every single shareholder not only consented, but also allowed me to purchase back their stock at par to their original purchase price."

State agrees to pay Harmony Montgomeryβs mother $2.25 million to settle wrongful death lawsuit
The New Hampshire Attorney Generalβs office has paid more than $10 million since July to settle cases involving the death of three children in the stateβs care.
Montgomeryβs mother, Crystal Sorey, sued the state in September, alleging the state Division of Children Youth and Families failed to protect her 5-year-old daughter despite receiving reports from multiple people expressing concern that she was being abused.
