Professor H. Bram, a history professor, is giving a lecture. Bram is a wide and obese old man with large glasses who has a large bald spot and greying hair on around his fat head. He has a humongous belly that is making his extra large clothes not fit properly. He is wearing a sweater vest on top of a dress shirt with a bowtie, on top of an undershirt that isn't concealing his belly fully. He is reading off a sheet of paper and talks about upcoming assignments and papers on the subject of Thelamus, a king and Pred from antiquity who ate his subjects (All history/names/places are in universe and not real). He is leaning against a desk with a leg up on a chair to have room for his stomach. On the desk is a box of donuts with some missing.

Bram continues to lecture while discussing more of Thelamus and his feasting on various cities. More of the donuts are missing. There is an internal shot of 6 men crammed in his stomach. His stomach is wet and filling slowly with acid. The men are somewhat tangled around each other as the space is tight. Bram is lazily talking while he glances at his belly.

Now a little while later, Bram is discussing Thelamus digesting his food while his own stomach squeezes and crushes his current meals. There is an internal shot of his stomach squeezing and compressing the contents of his stomach, making it shrink a several inches in girth before it settles in the second panel. He happily pats his gut and continues to lecture while it gurgles quietly.

Now at the end of the 3 hour lecture, his stomach has lost a significant amount of girth as it continues to digest quietly. His sweater vest fits better, and his undershirt is no longer visible. He is now fully sitting on his desk with his other leg on a separate chair to give his gut all the room it needs. There are 4 empty boxes of donuts on the desk that he finished off during the lecture. He discusses Thelamus and his before lunch office hours, imploring the university students to visit him to inquire about an assignment. He reminds them to prepare for next week and dismisses them.
