The image is about 600x450 pixels and took us about 3 weeks to put together. I couldn't begin to guess how many total individual pixel placements took place but it's easily in the thousands.

The characters Nine, Ten, and Juice - who are the future and now sentient space probes Pioneer 9, Pioneer 10, and the Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer - from the internet project 17776. They are rendered in pixel art on the website wplace.live. Each probe has a quote near them. Nine: "Please answer." Ten: "I love you so much." Juice: ".neatly partitioned meats and cheeses appeal to me on an aesthetic level okay mfer"

My friends and I drew Nine, Ten, and Juice from 17776 on wplace. Easily my favorite piece of online fiction.

My main complaint is just that I wanted more of it. The ending felt like the build up to a climactic final chapter, and I was caught off guard by the credits.
