At one point, the article mentions that researchers and doctors have based a belief that significant opioid exposure/toxicity was possible through breast milk based partly on one of this medical journal's fictional case studies.
I love a strengths based lens! For everything! All the things. I think it’s my irrepressible optimism but I’m glad it has academic underpinnings too.

Freya India is one of the best writers I know, and she's only 26 (Gen Z). I wrote about her in "The Anxious Generation." She now has a book of her own, out in the UK today and in the US in May. I would tag her, but like many Gen Z'ers now, she doesn't have social media.
