The struggle is real.

In that case, select a distro (astronvim, lunarvim, nvchad, lazyvim) and you can be up and running in no time! I recently moved from Astronvim to a self built setup (not because astronvim wasn’t good, just wanted to try setting up from scratch myself)

I moved from vscode to neovim 2 years ago, would never go back, a good terminal setup and neovim are a joy to work with. In the beginning it’s tough though, learning all the keymaps and shortcuts, but it’s worth the effort imho.
