I guess pressure factor and the fact I’ve been prepping the materials for a while play a role of course, but I feel just trying the talk a few times would have led me to way shorter prep time. We’ll see
I’ve done a couple recordings today (of course, the day before the talk) and it’s amazing how clear the flaws and holes in your arc present themselves. I can’t imagine any amount of slide rearranging being nearly as effective
Next talk I give, I’m going to start rehearsing / recording myself right after jotting down the first napkin version bullet points
