I'm using Poiyomi shaders, so Unity. I'm shit at blender and don't even bother doing shader work there since they always break when importing into Unity.
Normal maps are pretty common in shaders though, I think? I might have also added a bit of anisotropy too, can't remember lol
I'm in work right now, so no access to Unity or Blender, but it's 1400 triangles. Original model is a free one by "high and scared" intended for VRChat.
The big change is making the UV map be per-triangle (Thanks Piemur) which allowed for a fur texture normal map on the shaders
Tail Floof upgrade! @piemur1.bsky.social fixed the UV mapping for me so that every triangle used the same texture. I then split the tail into two materials (w/ customisable colours, of course!) and added a normal map, make it looks so much fluffier!

I also need to put colliders in the base of the wings. So annoyed I didn't spot that!
In the next revision I'd like to separate the eye (and maybe wrist/hoof) emissions. While it's working well for the body design, at this brightness it hides the pupils.
Maybe also tweak the cel shading points on the wings, though with Nuvie's lighting settings and positioning, it's not a big issue

Can confirm that if you're in the #Twitch 2K beta then streaming at 2128x980 is enough to trick it into giving you a 9000kbps H.265 encode (and mod16 compliant!)

I'm excited, and also really glad that I ended up with the ending of #ZeroEscape almost aligning because otherwise I might've forseen the plot twists in one, because of the other.
The irony that my final stream of the first #ZeroEscape game ended up being nine hours long!
