Each individual episode is short. You can watch at your own pace. It's totally worth it (though I suggest you look up a filler list and skip those episodes).
LA chopper is a pretty good adaptation, but he can't reach the heights of anime Chopper. (Also anime Chopper doesn't look nearly that weird in his big form)
It's easily enjoyed even if you've only seen the first season of the live action. If you're further along in the One Piece story, the show has added little nods and bits of information from later arcs and flashbacks that weren't written until years later.

As yet another UBI trial rolls past showing that it works really well, it's hard not to conclude that the main reason nobody adopts it is because bad employers don't want to give up their leverage over the desperate and poor to work in shit conditions for pittance.
From what I've heard, the FBI report is bullshit anyway. Even our best military drones have limited flight radius and need to take off and land SOMEWHERE, and Iran would never be able to get ships close enough to launch the kind of drone attacks we've seen in, say, the Ukraine war.
