The seller can CHOOSE not to take their money, and the people can still pressure them. In case it's not clear, this facility could quickly escalate the threat level in Northern NJ, Upstate New York, and of course NYC, and we still have a chance to put the pressure on to try and stop it!

Locals have been very outspoken about their disgust at having a planned concentration camp in their back yard. DHS can still purchase any property despite local legislators' positions on the matter, given their federal mandate to set up as many of these vile institutions as they please.

The road itself has 2 possible points of entry/exit and the area seems to be difficult to access without a vehicle as it is mostly large lots for warehouses and distribution centers. Lots of local traffic going thru.

There is a side entrance next to that gated entry for the adjacent building, and guard post, that is barricaded to deter cars but other unattended.

As recently as Friday 2/6 there were no visible on site police presence. Activity out front consisted of about 5-6 semi trucks, some idling with lights on. Main driveway was open to Elizabeth Drive with no gate, no checkpoint. An adjacent building that faces the street has two staffed guard posts.

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!

ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.
