The Clavis Historicorum Antiquitatis Posterioris has (apparently without notice) changed the URLs to its database without a redirect from the old URLs.
The IDs are unchanged, so fixing this on #Wikidata was a non-issue (www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidat...)

Another funny slip of the pen: Vienna, ÖNB, Theol. gr. 294. The scribe replaced Μυκήνη and Μυκήνας (Mycene) with μὴ κύνη and μὴ κύνας (no dogs).

Doesn't really do it justice. "centuriae" means there will be many, many more errors in that edition, and these 200 are just barely scratching the surface...

What a way to start a review of a critical edition! I still struggle to properly translate the pithy title of Skutsch and Kroll (@wilhelmkroll.bsky.social)'s article "In Firmicum Sittelianum emendationum centuriae duae primae" into German or English properly.

First time I came across round brackets in a Greek ms. Oxford, Bodleian Library, Roe 4 (Diktyon 48387, Rahlfs 1125), f. 9v (16th century).

A slip of the pen can sometimes have funny implications. Like wenn ἐλέῳ θαρρεῖ ("he is strong in his mercy") becomes ἐλαίῳ θαρρεῖ ("he is strong in his olive tree").

Just came across this former Christian amusement park, the "Holy Land Experience", which had a "Scriptorium". Closed in 2020, demolished in 2023. They also had Greek manuscripts.

Does anybody know what happened to those? Were they sold or housed somewhere else?

It gets much more complicated from ep. 1213 on ... almost drove me insane writing up my blogpost. We cannot thank Évieux enough for his concordance!

For the first 3 "books", the conversion from Migne to Evieux numbers is really easy:
I 1-500 PG = 1–500 Évieux
II 1–300 PG = 501–800 Évieux
III 1–413 PG = 801–1213 Évieux

Fascinating! Please do keep me posted on this project. Also, are you going through the pain of citing the letters both by the superseded modern numbering and the reconstructed one by Évieux?
