Honestly even an entry level video projector on a large wall and a proper sound system would also do.

I don't want to diminish the content itself, only that the technical setup isn't that unique for this type of content.

I'll be honest, the content is nice (just checked it) but... nobody needs a $3500 device for that.

An $199 Oculus Go from 2018, nearly a decade ago, is sufficient for 180 videos.

Big picture : you want to go fast? You have to understand your tools even BETTER than before.

If you have technical debt you can't solve it by delegating more. You'll just hit bigger problems faster. Sure you can be lucky for a while, you just don't shorten than time span too.

Took me a grand total of ~15min to setup @grapheneos.org on a 2nd hand Pixel 8 I bought for 180€. I used to Web interface grapheneos.org/install/web and thus installed nothing on my Linux desktop. Super clear & convenient process!

Very nice but honestly SLAM is the one part that made 8thWall unique. There are countless alternatives for face tracking (including the very popular MediaPipe), special effect and the rest (editor, image tracking, etc) but how to position in space reliable on the Web so far remains elusive. So...🤷‍♂️
