Was behind this on the way in this morning. Not seen these in Manchester before. Is that Waymo or someone else?
@domcycling.com
Posting about urbanism and cycling in Manchester, UK and beyond. See my blog https://domcycling.com for more of this from the UK, Europe and especially the Netherlands. Green Party supporter, having finally given up on Labour. I take a lot of photos.

What a superb evening watching David Byrne at the Apollo last night. Possibly the most expensive tickets Iβll ever buy, but it was worth it. Plus it was our youngestβs first proper gig. He was definitely the youngest there!

Lunch at House of Social
Riding back towards town, we decided to grab some lunch at somewhere weβve not been before, House of Social. Was surprised how busy it was there, thought it might be quite quiet. Food was good.

Really enjoyed seeing all the diverse styles of ceramic work and has given me inspiration for my own work. Since doing pottery throwing myself, I have a lot of appreciation for the work involved.

This morningβs ride. Some bright yellow thing in the sky, weβve not seen for a while βοΈ
It is. Without speculating too much, it was definitely an older driver.
What I forgot to mention, while we were in New Brighton yesterday, a woman ran someone over at the roundabout outside the Floral Pavilion and drove away without noticing!
We didn't witness it, but we did see another driver chase after and stop them, thinking they were doing a hit and run.
I really enjoy riding there and the other way to West Kirby. I should go back and explore further, maybe do a day of it when it warms up.

Riding along the Wirral coastal path. So great to have such a pleasant, traffic-free route like this to clear your head.
