An edit/remake of an old meme of a dog's fur being heavily effected by wind ("She wasnt lying, fans do feel good") with my monstorous painted bat mascot Bapkus instead having their fur and wings blown back to reveal their full pointy face. The text now instead reads "Tom Cargill Wasn't Lying, The Last 10% Do Take 90% Of The Time", which is in reference to the final polishing phase of making a project.
