I felt like this on certain meds, too. Especially lithium. I'm on vraylar these days and it's way better. Allows at least some creativity and does entail occasional breakthrough mania, which is sometimes great but sometimes annoying. Newer gen meds have less zombie effects, it seems. 🫂

Thank you for explaining!! It is fun to draw on a tablet, but working on a small scale is difficult. I like big paper. I use procreate for now. The bit you included about how to sketch figures better makes a lot of sense btw. Gesture is definitely important and the first step. 🙌

Nice work. Backgrounds are tough! I can tell you study anatomy too. Is this all drawn on the tablet, or did you sketch on paper then trace your lines digitally? I'm personally still figuring out a workflow with my iPad that meets my quality standards, lol. 😅

I pity anyone who won't (or just can't) be honest with themselves. It can suck sometimes, but it's important not to delude or lie to yourself.
