Well quite. Just don't ask me to pronounce it until you demonstrate. π

Well quite. Just don't ask me to pronounce it until you demonstrate. π
Post it here when you do mate.
My bikes have mostly been sit ups. 1982 Z250 when I was in my 20s. Returning to riding, I had a 1994 Virago 250, 2007 Honda Shadow, and now the 2021 Himalayan 411.
I like my comfort. :)
I hope so too, mate.
Cool little bike, that Azul.
Damn. I *am* free this Saturday, Sam, but not terribly near East Sussex. Still, one tick out of two. π
That's a great shot. Looking forward to riding Poland. Long as I can negotiate the regular close proximity of consonants. π΅π±
Never really got into sportsbikes. To me they always looked like a huge pain in the back. But I have friends who ride them and love them. Guess I'm a lazy cuss who likes their comfort. The epitome of an overlander? π€ͺ
Ha. That's a great story, mate. A love story for the ages as they say.
And I reckon girl's pretty good too. π
Probs about the same as the other 650s I reckon.
You know. If I was considering a second bike, or a replacement for Billie, this'd be it. Once it made it to Oz.

I love these books that map out an area. Friend of my wife gave me three about Romania. That I also have to ride. So many countries and a finite existence.
And any time now, they're going to insist I act like a grown up.
Oof! Exciting times. Hope everything works out. π
Must be something in the water in Europe. My amazing rider friend Jay has just started seeing an English-Hungarian academic. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
One of the places I'd like to ride. My grandmother was from Glasgow and Ewan bangs on about it in the Long Way videos. π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
Man, tell me about it. I just turned 59 and it seems equally a couple of months and a thousand years since I was turning 30. We get too busy to really live life, you know?
Hey, good luck with getting it back on the road. Awesome that you've hung onto it. π
Flooded streets behind us. Sigiriya somewhere ahead. Rain, wrong turns, a police stop, gear that quit on us β and somehow we're grinning the whole way. That's motorcycle travel in Sri Lanka. ποΈπ§οΈ

I'll bear that in mind. π
That restaurant photo, mate... ::chef's kiss::
That's a douche move. Also illegal here. Though rather hard to prove.
Sending positive brain waves your way. Best I can do. π
I worked on cruise ships for a while and Mexico was one of my favourite ports. Spent six months doing LA-Ensenada.
Trouble is, cruise travel is fast travel and I always wanted to go back and do it slow. As I've said to you before, I'll get there. :)
Some of these sound pretty spesh for an Antipodean. Glen Coe in particular.

Good looking bike there, Jack.
Couple of awesome screencaps of Dalma from this week's video. Caught in the rain between Anuradhapura and Dambulla.
I'm very lucky. β€οΈ

A note from the founder of Linux.
This made me smile. π
I too.
I know! I'm such an arse.
*last of. π
Oh this was in Sri Lanka. Last or the northern monsoon. I *wish* Australia had causeways like this. π
