The NHS in Leeds and Leeds City Council are working together to help you stay well.
If you need immediate medical help where it isnβt an emergency, NHS 111 is available on the phone and online 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week.
Minor injury units or walk-in centres can help with injuries or illnesses if you cannot get a GP appointment or itβs not an emergency.

Our Emergency Departments are always busy, and our teams manage this really well but there are long waits at the moment. If you are not seriously ill, our hospitals may not be the best place for you to get the treatment you need.

We've been celebrating our blooming lovely new White Rose Wellbeing Garden with an official opening event at St James's Hospital.
The garden, outside the 100-year-old former nurses home, now Trust HQ, offers a retreat for our hardworking colleagues, with patients and visitors also welcome.

What is it like to be old? Answers to this question, including 'I am old but can be very silly and sometimes naughtyβ were given by some of the older patients who came through our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) service last week. This was part of our International Day of Older Persons celebrations.
