Almost thought twice about reading my four-year-old CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY because I thought she might get a little scared or (less likely) bored. Did not consider she might refuse to go to bed while screaming “I WANT SWEETS!!!!!!” at the top of her lungs for half an hour.
