There was no real actual case. Courts cannot go off "what ifs" and the Roe v. Wade issue 2 years ago was based on what ifs. Similar thing happened with the homophobic Colorado individual who straight up LIED and claimed a LGBTQ+ individual wanted their services.
The great thing about finally taking a paralegal class is I finally get an idea of the damn system that's corrupt and even then, it's not followed the way it's written.
Example (from my professor): the ruling of Roe v. Wade being overturned not too long ago should have NEVER made it to court.

Okay I need to gush about the Wicked movie. I'm VERY protective of Wicked as that show was a huge part of my tween to teen years. Elphaba was a character I looked up to.
