I know the injuries are a huge factor, however, even without the injuries, we don’t seem to have quality players as much anymore. Jack and Doku last season had less goals than Rodri. Savio though he is good can’t score. Midfield is a joke physicality wise and creatively. KDB is the exception

I think a mistake we are making in this search for a Rodri replacement is expecting them to be Rodri already. Rodri was moulded by Pep into what he is. When he came he was slow all around but worked with Pep to improve. Whoever comes can improve

I think there’s no two ways about it. Over the years, we have lost quality in certain positions and just never replaced those players properly and it accumulated to this season, now it’s haunting us. We lost so many goals and didn’t replace them properly. The wingers we have can barely score😐

Thing is yeah, the first 10-15 minutes, we had them. They could barely get out of their own half and Haaland in that 10-15 minutes had about 2-3 chances he should have put away.
