West Valley City outage update:
UTOPIA has informed us that at least 13 customers are offline due to a possible fiber cut. Field services is currently en route to investigate.
UTOPIA has made us aware of an outage affecting West Valley City. They have techs en route to investigate the source of the outage, but have not provided us an ETA at this time. We will update with information as we receive it from UTOPIA.
Around 2 AM a storage array went offline on one of our mail servers, causing a large portion of XMission mail to go down. Most services are restored. No mail was lost. Sorry for the disruption.
We are currently dealing with a storage infrastructure issue affecting a portion of our mail network. Impacted customers may be unable to send or receive email. We have identified the cause and are working on restoration. ETA TBD. Updates will be posted as the situation develops.
