A Max update. After getting a glucose monitor, arthritis medicine, and a lot of love Max is feeling so much better. He’s jumping on the window and onto my lap for love. He’s still spicy but he’s starting to realize that he’s safe and loved.
I made it through 10 minutes of Shifting Gears. Not only is it not funny but I watch tv to forget about people hating everything and everyone. I loved Home Improvement but Tim Allen has jumped the shark.

This is Max. We rescued him on the 23rd. He’s 16 years old and diabetic. His owners surrendered him when he got sick. He’d been at the shelter for months. He was very aggressive when he first came home but look at him now. He already looks better and is getting used to being loved.
