We've had the cup runs, the wins against the big boys when in the prem league. But the cup win against arsenal, Charlie Nichols and all, in era when we were awful is still up there as my best boro memory.

No don't agree. It's always easy criticism to make. Usually with hindsight. Charlton, Rich and Karanka would have had the same. If they could introduce multiple systems for success they wouldn't be managing the boro
