Neocities is a great place to start. They have a mini tutorial on their site too if you haven't touched html at all yet. after that you can check out w3schools for learning stuff
if youd prefer visual editing, you can look up "wysiwyg" editors and use neocities just to host the page

Start tilting it while placing your right back paw between the stock and pistol grip. 1.4: Extend your right back paw while holding the handguard with your jaws. Reach the bolt handle as if you were going to scratch your ear and rack the bolt.
