Hope is not prognostication. It is an orientation of the spirit, an orientation of the heart; it transcends the world that is immediately experienced, and is anchored somewhere beyond its horizons.

Terrifying
My husband suggested a whole house battery to go with our solar panels for grid independence

Audiobooks allow me to cram more books into my busy life and allow me to reduce the drudgery of laundry, kitchen prep, dishes and long drives
Oh yes, and this one:

As a physician and a mom, I feel strongly that encouraging healthy eating and a familiarity with basic cooking is one of the most important life skills we can teach our children, setting them up for a lifetime of good health. Books I found helpful:

and for younger kids I loved this one: m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61z...

Be warned, there's some fairly disturbing content that's hard to read at times, but I think it also is helpful in that it's really getting into some of our worst fears about raising boys. I appreciate how honest and introspective the author is, examine her beliefs from different angles.
Here's another one of my all-time favorites:
Yes, definitely addresses both. I haven't read "Under Pressure".
Coddling looks more at education/ college campuses, a continuation of some of the stuff from "How to Raise an Adult", especially valuable for teachers. This one's targeted a bit more to parents and those with pre-teens/ teens
It really continues a conversation begun in "The Coddling of the American Mind" (Which I also highly recommend) about the harms of social media and un-fettered access to the internet especially for children and teens.
Also this one if you haven't already...

Looks like a good stack, I've read a bunch of those. This is my current Audible, not done yet, but already I highly recommend it

Wow, this looks fascinating. Just finished reading Revelation and was struck by the resemblance of our modern society to "the Whore Babylon" even in context of the Roman Empire
MAGA hats, forehead...
Right on, and scary
I thought these were both excellent, I also highly recommend "The Kingdom, The Power and The Glory" by Tim Alberta

I strongly relate to this statement
Looks interesting, adding to my "to read" list
