I have also read complaints were issued regarding commanders using this language. I just didn’t know if you had an article on this. I’m fascinated that a man so devoid of knowledge, morality, and integrity has broken almost every system in this country.
Where is your source on this? I have read sailors have complained about several commanders but I have not seen anyone mention a General (Army, Marine, Air-force), or Admiral? I’m very interested to know, so if you have a source, I’d love to read.

I can’t speak for all military forces, but as a daughter of a retired US Navy Submariner (RADM), the belief was deterrence and negotiation was the most effective strategy in keeping peace. I can’t imagine our ‘new’ navy has been radicalized that much, especially the senior military.
