It says "FINAL ROUND" at the top, and the background is Seattle's Pioneer Square Station with a light rail train pulled in.
The Rampage Chun Li is now performing her super move and getting perfect parried on every kick of it by the Ken Blitz, from a dramatic angle with Blitz's left foot way in the foreground.
