PS - if people aren't aware, Detectorists is currently on IPlayer on BBC. Another Mackenzie Crook comedy, and another wonderful programme.

Agreed, it is very good indeed.
I'm looking forward to the coverage of Ed Davey being massively increased, now that he is leading in the polls, and seeing a lot less of Farage. I believe that is how politics works these days.
Looking forward to this. I recently read A Reluctant Spy, and thoroughly enjoyed it 👌
I just assumed they'd be the radio feed, either way, sounds superb, especially when played loud. Great to hear the concert in full, even without pictures. David Bowie next 😎😎 #liveaid
Greatest Hits Radio coverage of Wembley is superb. I started off listening to bits and pieces on my mobile phone. I'm now listening on my hi-fi - turned up to 11, naturally. Cricket/tennis/football will be in the background. Alcohol in the foreground 😎😎
Full David Bowie set please 🙏😎
Deservedly polled as the best live performance of all time #liveaid
It Was 😎 Bowie next #liveaid
Yep. I can guarantee that this set is shown in full 😎 #liveaid
Wait till you hear NME favourites Queen 😉 #liveaid
Lol - I believe Geldof supported them about 20 years later. Anyway, Queen are on now 😎 #liveaid
I'd have liked - part 1 - Wembley, part 2 - Philadelphia. Looks like we're not getting Four Tops, Black Sabbath, CSNY or Judas Priest, they were all on before Beach Boys. Not complaining though - great memories of a great day. #liveaid
I'm just preparing my pivot from "What a stupid decision to field first in this heat on this pitch," to "What an inspired decision to bat last on this pitch." #ENGvIND 🏏
“Halfway to the danger zone” makes more sense to me than “Highway to the danger zone” by Kenny Loggins.
What a great review. This is my all time favourite live album, and it is so good to hear all three nights, even after all these years. I first saw them at Brid Spa in 1982 - my all time favourite concert. I think the NME gave it 5 stars😉
My favourite clip of Honest Bob is below. Pork barrelling at its finest.

They're eating the dogs 🤭
Hope we get another CI Schenke novel - those that have been published so far are excellent 👌👌
Some light reading for me before the listening to the podcast 🚴😎
Even better - just seen a photo of Eddie with Paul Reaney on the bus #LUFC
Thank you, looks like it was a brilliant day. Great to see Eddie Gray on the bus. #LUFC
Piroe - pass of the season for me 😎😎
What a season. Great scenes at the stadium after the game, players, staff, fans and reporters are all having a party #LUFC 😎😎
Great news, the new song sounds fantastic. A new album too, and a whole disc of rare/unreleased Pulp in this month's Mojo mag 😎😎
Good to see Dan Walker in an acting role. I think his inspiration is I'm Henry the VIII, I Am by Herman's Hermits....
Finally, after 8 years, got around to fixing my hi-fi system. As a belated tribute to Rick Buckler, the first album to be played needed to be this masterpiece by #thejam. 😎😎. Note - best played loud.
Great choice of album to remember Rick. I played Dig The New Breed earlier. Some great live tracks, It's Too Bad is a particular favourite - top class drumming.
Sad news indeed - a real powerhouse drummer, and, from interviews that I have seen, a really nice guy. RIP Rick.
The postman delivered mine this morning. Great to see Edwin Collins featured - his new single is very good. Looking forward to putting Paul Weller’s top 50 into a different order 😉, and giving the cd a spin 😎
