Music life has been good lately. Lots of good records and cds, shows, discoveries, etc. Got a bunch of LPs and singles for cheap. Slowly augmenting all my collections. Jazz, house, dnb, trance, chicago house, various cds, still no tape collecting yet. I ordered more Jandek CDs. Aphex reissues. Etc

Devastated about Sly Stone. He was a hugely important figure to me musically. Stand, Greatest Hits, and Theres A Riot Goin On are all so integral to me.

Work wise, it's been okay. Life wise, it's been okay. Music wise, it's been good. In LP world I've been listening to Legowelt - Synths Below Sea Level and Dro Carey - Journey With The Heavy. Some good singles collected too. I got a sealed Chicago house record the other day.
